Lisa Hardmeyer Gray has been teaching Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness training since 2010. She offers trainings in MBSR, Mindful Leadership, Mindful Communication and Mindfulness Training for Health Care Professionals. She has received full Certification as a teacher of MBSR from the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. Lisa is currently completing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Antioch University in Seattle, WA.

Lisa has been training and practicing meditation and mindfulness for over two decades. She began her career in health care in the mid-80s as a Medical Technologist with Fairfax County Hospital in Annandale, VA and the University of Washington Medical Center in Seattle, WA. Her love of people and the arts drew her to filmmaking in the early 90’s. She became an award-winning director, writer and producer both in public television and commercial media for companies such as Microsoft. She directed many films and videos including her latest work, Emmy nominated Healing a Soldier’s Heart, which followed five Veterans through a 12-week mindfulness class at the Seattle Veteran’s Health System. Throughout her career Lisa has worked in both small and large, corporate and non-profit organizations. In her role as a director, she led production teams around the world. Lisa brings her experience in leadership, business and mindfulness training to Intrinsic.  She is delighted to work with leaders, their teams, health care providers and staff to increase effectiveness and well-being within their organizations.  Lisa is married and is the mother of 8-year old twins.
